LA Borg?

Not too long ago I made my opinion known about endorsements by certain people who seem to think very highly of themselves since they believe that their endorsement matters more than the person that lives next door to you.   Granted the guy might not actually be a guy, or that guy might be a complete and utter moron, but the point is that when it comes to endorsing a candidate it all comes down to opinions and those are varied as much as your average snow flakes. Why do people so freely share their opinion on who they would vote for?
Just when I thought I heard it all I see that the LA Times is endorsing people for possible candidacy for the presidency.  I’m just wondering if the LA Times gave out a poll or survey for their entire employee base, or is this just something the stockholders or owners did recently over a cigar and some aged scotch.    How does a newspaper act as an individual and state their picks for who should be a candidate, and possibly who should be president?  Somehow all the employees at the LA Times have formed some form of mental collective (see Borg) and their opinion must be known!  Yes, resistance is futile!  The LA Times has spoken and their opinion is worthy, or worthless, or something you can take with a grain of salt if you happen to have a head on your shoulders and possibly a brain in that previously mentioned head.

In closing, if you need to listen to the opinions of a business embodiment to make up your mind on which person to vote for then I’m seriously worried for the future.   I think you need to ignore opinions and focus on facts and past accomplishments.
